Compact and long feeding lines: efficiency and precision in small spaces

Compact and long feeding lines are the ideal solution for companies that need high-performance press feeding systems in small spaces. Unlike traditional configurations, these feeding lines integrate all the necessary functions into just two main machines: a motorised decoiler and a straightener-feeder. The compact design saves up to 10 linear metres compared to conventional systems, making it ideal for factories with complex layouts or limited space. Elmea offers three configurations to meet every production need:

• Light Line: up to 5 tonnes, widths from 50 to 600 mm, thicknesses from 0.5 to 4 mm, speeds up to 120 m/min, ideal for high-speed production with thin materials
• Medium Line: up to 15 tonnes, widths from 100 to 1,500 mm, thicknesses from 0.8 to 8 mm, speeds up to 60 m/min, the most versatile solution for standard industrial applications
• Heavy line: up to 25 tonnes, widths from 200 to 2,000 mm, thicknesses from 2 to 18 mm, speeds up to 40 m/min, designed for thick sheet metal and structural production
