Elmea motorised straighteners are straightening machines designed to eliminate curvature (memory) from metal coils by means of alternating plastic deformations. The roller straightener consists of a motorised lower roller conveyor and an adjustable upper roller conveyor, which work in an offset manner to flatten the sheets. Our motorised straightening machine models feature hardened and ground steel rollers, manufactured in-house, with gears machined from a single piece to ensure high mechanical performance. The variable speed DC motor allows for optimal control during processing.
