MR 19 motorised straightening machine

The MR 19 motorised straightening machine model allows you to straighten strips with a maximum width of 300 mm

• It can straighten strips with a maximum thickness of 3.5 mm
• It is equipped with 9 hardened steel rollers with a hardness of 62 HRC, including 2 entry drive rollers and 7 straightening rollers. 2 additional straightening rollers are available on request
• The diameter of the rollers is 80 mm
• The rollers are manufactured in-house at Elmea and are complete with gears machined from a single piece to ensure high mechanical performance and durability
• On request, we can chrome plate the rollers, which is ideal when using stainless steel, brass, aluminium or copper sheets.
• Finishing and deburring rollers equipped with penetration gauge
• Tilting head to reduce the length of the belt loop, especially if it is very thick
• Inlet belt guide unit that can be tilted manually for correct introduction and feeding
• Outgoing loop control and height adjustment via photocell
