We detect any anomalies before they become critical problems and intervene by updating software, firmware or PLC memory, even after battery or component replacements. We offer immediate telephone support, scheduled on-site interventions and continuous training for your operators. Each machine is monitored over time with customised preventive maintenance programmes, ensuring optimal performance and long service life of the systems. When traditional products do not meet your needs, our technical department works with you to develop completely tailor-made solutions. We design sheet metal processing machinery for customers in Italy and around the world, adapting each component to the specifications of your production process. From the configuration of the feeding line to the choice of straightening systems, every detail is customised. We work closely with the customer from the concept phase to the final installation, ensuring that the machinery integrates perfectly into the existing workflow.

Production and supply

Spare parts guaranteed, always. We have a complete historical archive of component drawings, including models that are no longer in production. This technical documentation allows us to reproduce any part, regardless of the year of manufacture of the machine. If necessary, we can supply spare parts quickly, ensuring uninterrupted operation of your production lines.
Rollers and gears are among the parts that suffer the most wear and tear, especially in machinery that operates continuously for up to four shifts a day. For this reason, at Elmea we have dedicated an entire area to their in-house production. We have professional equipment such as tempering, grinding and gear cutting machines, which allow us to quickly produce precise and durable spare parts. Each component is tested to guarantee the same performance as the original, ensuring reliability over time.

Testing, Installation and Commissioning
Every Elmea product is thoroughly tested before shipment from our factory in Robecco Sul Naviglio. Line and Incentives 4.0 Ready
Our machines are designed to integrate seamlessly with Industry 4.0 systems. The 4.0 Ready Line allows you to control production even remotely. Operational data is automatically transmitted to your factory’s company server. Cloud storage ensures continuous and secure monitoring. This smart service allows you to check the status of your machines in real time, even when you are not at the company. Connectivity is essential for optimising processes and preventing machine downtime.
Transition 4.0 tax benefits for 2026-2028
The 2026 Budget Law has reintroduced hyper-amortisation, replacing the previous Transition 4.0 and 5.0 tax credits. This tool allows companies to increase the cost of capital goods for tax purposes by up to 180%, increasing deductions and reducing taxable income. Investments are subsidised from 1st January 2026 to 30th September 2028, ensuring stable planning over time. For investments up to June 2026, the order must be accepted by 31st December 2025 with a deposit of at least 20%.
