MRA 79 motorised straightening and feeding machine model

The MRA 79 feeding motor-straightener model allows you to straighten strips with a maximum width of 1500 mm

• It can straighten strips with a maximum thickness of 2 mm
• It is equipped with 11 hardened and ground steel rollers with a hardness of 62 HRC, including 2 entry drive rollers + 7 straightening rollers + 2 exit drive rollers
• The diameter of the rollers is 80 mm
• The rollers are manufactured in-house by Elmea and are complete with gears machined from a single piece to ensure high mechanical performance and durability
• When the stress and belt width require it, the rollers are counter-rolled centrally
• On request, we can chrome plate the rollers, which is ideal when using stainless steel, brass, aluminium or copper sheets.
• Finishing and de-burring rollers equipped with penetration gauge
• Possibility of raising the rollers for synchronised piloting with the pilot punches
• Inlet strip guide unit, manually tiltable for correct introduction and feeding
• Press attachment bracket integrated with the feeding motorised straightener
• The MRA 79 model has a feeding speed of 60/90 metres/minute
• It is powered by a Delta Electronics brushless motor and a Nidec Shimpo planetary gearbox
